I joined the lab in September 2014 and I'm working on the mechanism of membrane remodelling caused by interaction of various proteins. I'm particularly interested in how antimicrobial peptides, endocytic adaptors and viral particle entry/escape cause different kinds of membrane deformations. I aim investigating these phenomena by in vitro reconsitution of membrane-protein interactions to understand the roles of specific lipids and membrane parameters in general.
